Very good + friendly doctors

Every experience I’ve had with this surgery has been very good. Usually I see the same doctor. He is very friendly + always happy to advise and help. I use the app to make appts, - very convenient for me.

Love this surgery

I have been with this surgery now since 2007 I have searched since moving to Leicester for and old fashioned values surgery (patient centred) and de montfort is just that if I have my scripts change they talk to me about it and even print of information about the medication they have never just dealt with me has a number or made me feel it's all about the budget they have. I would highly recommend this surgery . People moan about waiting times this just means your doctor is good because he spends time with their patients if they where just writing out scripts all the time and not actually spending time to investigate like these doctors do you would have something to complain about, but they are not like that at all . I have complex medical needs and have found the surgery very helpful empathic and understanding 100% and yes I do sometimes wait for a hour but i know it is worth the wait to get good patient centred doctors like these

Couldn’t ask for a better doctor

I started seeing my doctor in October 2018 when I was feeling at my very lowest and had always struggled to actually talk about how I was feeling but he was quick to make me feel at ease and was keen to do all he could to turn things around for me, making regular appointments for updates on how I am, whether the medication was working etc and made what was previously a daunting thought of going to the doctors a really simple task. It really feels like he genuinely cares about me and without his help I don’t know where I’d be! Truly turned things around and now I’m feeling genuinely happy and like my old self again. Brilliant, faultless service every time!

trip cancellation due to illness

Earlier this year my husband became ill prior to a long trip to Aus and NZ.. We had prompt and considerate care, and were assisted with applying for insurance for cancellation of trip. After some initial problems and much patience and assistance from staff, we have been successfully compensated. Thankyou very much.
