Patient Participation Group
We have started a patient participation group where you can voice your opinions about the surgery. If you are interested in joining this group please contact the surgery and ask to speak to the practice manager.

Patient Experience Survey
Thank you for taking part in the De Montfort Surgery Patient Experience Survey.
We are in the process of analysing the results of the survey and they will be used as a basis for creating our Local Patient Participation Report, which will be published on this website by 31st March 2012.

Our online system is a great way of ordering your repeat prescriptions and arranging your appointments all in one place. Please register for this service at reception. If you have any problems using this system please speak to Tom for assistance.
Prescriptions ordered online
on any given day will be ready 2 working days later. Please collect after 3pm.
