De Montfort Surgery Online Services
Our practice has been enabled to take online appointment bookings and repeat prescriptions.
In order to make use of this facility, you must be registered as a patient with our practice. Only then can you register with this service. You will need to come into the surgery to register for this service. We will then issue you with a registration letter. You must obtain this letter in person from our practice. You cannot create a registration account without one.
On this registration document there will be a unique username and a temporary password. This will need changing as soon as you log on to the system for security.
Once you have created a registration account, you can (if our practice has these features enabled):
- Book and cancel appointments with your doctor.
- Request your repeat prescription.
- Update your personal information.
You can then do any of the following by clicking on the links on the right hand side of any part of the website.

Our online system is a great way of ordering your repeat prescriptions and arranging your appointments all in one place. Please register for this service at reception. If you have any problems using this system please speak to Tom for assistance.
Prescriptions ordered online
on any given day will be ready 2 working days later. Please collect after 3pm.
